Simple and Delicious Liver Recipe

Cooking liver yourself may seem hard, but it actually is faster than cooking a steak and has more benefits than your average slice of meat. The liver is packed with Vitamin B12, A, K2, Folic Acid, Iron, CoQ10, and more!!



Recipe:

  • Liver

  • 1-2 Onions

  • 3 Slices of Bacon

  • 1-3 tbsp. of Butter

  • Almond Flour

  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder

Directions:

  1. Slice liver into desired cuts. (Steak Size)

  2. Slice onions

  3. Add bacon to a pan on medium-high heat (cook to your desired crispiness)

  4. Put the bacon aside and then sauté the onions in the bacon grease.

  5. Once the onions are done, mix the almond flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  6. Lay the liver onto the mix to give it a light coating on each side

  7. Add butter to the pan and begin cooking your liver at medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side

  8. Serve the liver topped with onions and cut up bacon pieces
